4. How do I use this tool?

Step 1:

  • Get Your Groq API Key - Visit https://console.groq.com/home
  • Register or log in, and it is free to use for your analysis use case except in larger usage
  • For larger usage (Analysis of 100,000 comments/reviews ~ 10M tokens ~ $10). You can setup payment - Visit https://console.groq.com/settings/billing/manage
  • (N.B - Groq LLM usage is Tokens-as-a-Service meaning you only pay for amount of Tokens used)
  • Click on API Keys in the dashboard.
  • Generate a new key and copy it.
  • Paste it into the groq_api_key field when setting up the actor.

🔐 Note: Your API key remains secure and encrypted. It is never visible to the actor creator or anyone else.

Step 2: Input Your Business URL or Social Media Post URL

  • Copy the review page URL from: Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Booking, Google Maps or
  • from post URL: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Tiktok, Youtube
  • Paste it into the business_url field.
  • (N.B You can only process one url at a time) and
  • Please Select Analysis Type that corresponds with the type of URL youre processing. When processing any Social Media URLs (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube) - Select SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS, and select either POSITIVE REVIEWS or NEGATIVE REVIEWS when processing URLS from (Google Maps, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, and Booking.com)

Step 3: Set the Number of Pages to Scrape:

  • Specify how many pages of comments/reviews to analyze with the max_pages field.

Step 4: Copy Cookies from Twitter/X or Facebook When Processing Either of the URL:

  • To authenticate with your Twitter/X or Facebook session:
  • Install the Cookie-Editor Chrome Extension.
  • Go to https://www.facebook.com or https://x.com and log into your account.
  • Click the Cookie-Editor extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.
  • Use the Export tab to copy your cookies as JSON.
  • Paste the exported JSON into the cookies field of the actor input.

Run the Actor and receive a JSON output that highlights the most common themes based on user comments/reviews.
