Hi grappfruit,
I am sorry you had bad experience with my scraper. After investigation what is the issue, well it seems that you basically giving input as tag that is not a tag and basically there is no results for flutter-getting-started.
How can you find valid tags?
You can search them on Medium itself. Here is link for searching valid tags for flutter:
https://medium.com/search/tags?q=flutter.

There was also small issue with tag encodings, so that is also solved.
