Hi, I have just pushed an update which prevents this.
To explain what was the issue: this seems to be a rare condition where Yelp (probably due to some error on their side) returns an empty page, so obviously we can't scrape anything from it. To give you an image of how often was this affecting the scraper before this update, I had to try the scrape over 100 times until I encountered the issue as well.
Nonetheless, thanks a lot for your report! It's reports like these that help us detect issues with our scrapers and maintain high quality service.
