If you mean per a single run, then you can use the Save Only Unique Items options. If you mean per multiple runs, then unfortunately, because of the Pay Per Result pricing of this scraper, such feature would not be possible. Otherwise, people could just spam the Actor runs one after another, and scrape mostly for free, because the results would be the same most of the time.

You can use the filters on Indeed, including the job age filter. Simply select the required filters on Indeed and copy the generated URL afterward. Simply paste it into the scraper's "Advanced options -> Start URLs" input field and it will automatically use the provided filters.
