Youtube Transcript Extractor doesn't work.

Youtube Transcript Extractor doesn't work. It was working perfectly, but it suddenly started returning this error:
'HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.youtube.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /watch?v=tJcMEwfwLoE (Caused by ProxyError('Unable to connect to proxy', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required')))' ,
and it still charges me money for each failed run. There is nothing wrong with youtube urls that i upload and the trasncripts are present in the videos. Just some issue with the extractor
