Downloads a list of all Actors published in Apify Store, with all properties such as URL, title, description, etc. This is useful to create a knowledge file for a GPT, so that it knows which Actors can it use.
Please add one more output field, named title_with_url (or title_md, or any other name is fine)

Regarding Apify Adviser: I found out that OpenAI Assistant works better if the Actor URL is coupled with the Actor title.
If you can please add an extra field, it will simplify the OpenAI integration as we don't want to do any transformation there.
