Your Booking.com scraper log shows a number of problems that may have limited data collection. For example, if for the country "Ireland" Booking shows 809 hotels to recover, your scraper could recover around 800. Today, it only retrieves 300 of the 800. Having tested for several cities and countries, the problem persists.

I'm happy to inform you that we've just updated the Actor with the fix ;) The issue has been caused by an update on Booking.

Sorry we've just found a small bug, which happens on pages with only a few results.
