When both Facebook and Google platforms are provided together in a single instance, the system only retrieves reviews from Google. A reference video has been attached for clarification.

Hi, yes it is as you say, you should really get 20 from Facebook and 20 from Google Maps. So this is a bug and we will forward it to the developer, thank you
