I tried uploading a text file with tweet URLs but actor is giving an error attached in the image. Individual URLs are working fine.

Thanks a lot for letting us know, its platform bug because domains normally longer than single char so "x.com" not recognized as valid URL when uploaded as file to any actor.
For right now please use "twitter.com" instead "x.com"
