increased max retries to 30. Same issue. Ran 20 mins, +200 failed requests, no results.

It kept failing to fetch in the logs. I noticed this link may be failing because it's rental listings. Normally I fetch current or sold listings which don't error as frequently. I think one of the attempts cost $5. I'll try again later

Also, try to reduce memory consumption to 1G or 2G to help lower costs as well.
