API is running several times scenario while I don't send anything

Hello,
I'm facing an issue because every morning I'm sending with make.com some Json to proceed, but I don't know some, some are proceeded several times while I sent only once.
For example, this run bF7yfyqPPGvzR5MSu with 126 requests has been proceeded 6 times today while I only sent one request this morning. I've checked everything is make.com and I confirm the request has only be sent one time at 8:08 so I don't know why it was relaunched automaticly on Apify.
I'm running others scrapers on Apify with exact same workflow on make and never faced this issue
If you can help to correct this, idk if others are facing the same since few days

This run is fine yes, this is the one I launched with make.com but the issue is that a lot of runs are launching without me send anything in the API and as said I'm 100% sure make.com doesn't send anything as I have no record and no issue with the other scrapers that runs on the exact same workflow. It seems that my runs are executed in some kind of an infinite loop that I didn't asked for.
For example I never launched this run "7SIcWbNninv90WWGi" and all the ones basically that runned after 10AM today but lots of them have still run in my account I don't know what is happening.
I don't have discord, if you can please discuss their it would help because I don't know also if others encounter the same issue
