Hi, thanks for opening this issue!
We currently have a bug in the restaurant search, where the scraper incorrectly recognizes "include nearby" results for specific locations. We will prioritize this issue more, as there are other users facing the same problem: https://console.apify.com/actors/dbEyMBriog95Fv8CW/issues/sfiv4YUG5UAyCVIgb
Before this is fixed, just enable the "Include nearby results" option to scrape the results for the affected locations :)
