To be honest, this is not clear at all in the description :

Not expecting to need to toggle a button to get the data.

Now this raises a question :

• Total post counts from users
• Total comment counts from users For what period of time ? I am expecting lifetime (meaning since the user have been joining the subreddit) Is that the case ?

Last question : how do I rerun the Actor to get the missing data without being charged ?

Thanks for the feedback, I'll make this more clear in the description. It's optional as it takes a lot longer to scrape those details and not everyone might need them.

The total post and comment count is determined from the number of posts and comments scraped. If you leave those input fields empty it will check all posts and comments from that subreddit, giving you a full overview.

It's not possible to rerun without getting charged. Every run uses new computer resources.

OK then how can we cancel this run ? I know it's only $9 but paid for nothing usable, and I am reaching the monthly limit of my Apify subscription.

We can't cancel it, unfortunately. The run has happened and the costs have been made.

This is an absolutely normal request.

And write clear documentation for the necessary information of Apify users.

What is this Actor worth if there is no stats ?

Without stats you get a list of users in a subreddit, which is useful to a lot of people.

To get the stats you have to toggle "Get details", it is a feature of this scraper.

In the future best to do a trial run with limited results to see if it meets your needs.

If you want the stats you'll have to do a new run with the toggle. I can not refund as the run has happened and the results were returned.

That is not correct, this is mentioned in the documentation:

"If you set fetchDetails to true, the actor will also fetch additional details for each user: number of posts, comments, first and last activity within the subreddit"
