What is the unit of jobs age?

There's an option to select the age of the jobs (Published In) — what's this number? Seconds, minutes, days?
I am asking because I want to run crawler on schedule every 30 mins / 1 hours and so I don't need to extract all the jobs - just the new ones that appeared during that time.

The unit is in Hours, for example, for 1 day, you can input 24
