I am using the correct master_access_token, yet it still produces this error

Fixed: I found it has to do with an account with a registered phone number incase this comes up again. No phone number + time = no API call

Could you provide some more details, please? I am extracting jobs without any master_access_token at all and get this issue at around 5k jobs scraped every time.
