I changed to the "top reviews" setting as advised and still received no results.

You still have the reviewsCutoffDate option set, which automatically turns on the reviewsSort option to recent. Make sure to also unset the reviewsCutoffDate option :)
From the logs: "WARN reviewsCutoffDate is set, but the reviewsSort is not set to recent. Changing reviewsSort to recent."

The issue there is that I need the reviews for a particular window. If I am limited to 250 per ASIN I will not receive the full reviews for the past 30 days when sorted by top reviews. Is there an ETA for a full fix to restore the normal functionality of the scraper? I owe reports and it's been down all month.
We are going to look into this with priority as this is a major part of the scraper that broke down. It's hard to estimate as we still don't know what in particular Amazon has changed that's getting us blocked. But I hope that we will get this resolved in the next few days :)
