Due to the recent changes, most_recent reviews are login gated now. As we need to check regularly of particular asins , we need this feature. How we can proceed on this?

Hi, thanks for opening this issue!

We've investigated this problem quite thoroughly and concluded that the only solution is to be actually logged in. Unfortunately, this might be something that we do not want to add, as if it's behind login, it's technically not considered a public data.

We will discuss it with the team, but I'm afraid that we will have to remove this sorting method. I will keep you updated here, thanks!

Thanks Lukas for checking that out. Currently, there is one more publicly available most_recent option, which is on the product page, after scrolling down, where you can select Top Rated and Most Recent reviews, it shows last 8 reviews but at these circumstances that would do as well. It does not requires login but requires javascript I assume. Could you also look it up for it. Thanks again!

Hi, again, we've got some great news!

Amazon has removed their login-wall, and we can finally scrape the Most Recent sorting method again :) At the same time the maximum reviews limit per a filter combination has been changed back from 50 to 100 reviews :)

We've actually ended up implementing your proposed 8 "quick product" reviews, which worked well for about a day, in which we wanted to properly test it. Well the very next day it got unblocked, so we removed it :/ But if this kind of blocking ever comes back, we can quickly deploy this.
