The result contains a view_count of 0 on a given set of reel URLs. This same problem occurs on other sets - but not on all of them. In other cases, the views count is returned, but the value is wrong. Usually way below actual view count.
Hey! The reels you uploaded are indeed returning no view_count, but it seems that this is because that data is not public for these videos. Other videos I tested returned the view count normally. One issue I found during testing was with the play_count, which was also missing its value. I just applied an update that fixes this!

Hey, unfortunately, neither the view count nor the play count returns the accurate number of views for a given Instagram reel.
The play count should be that number Instagram shows on the bottom of each reel (right beside the eye icon). From my testing, the crawler can't really get the view count from some profiles. Here is an example of what it gets on a post from Zuck:
