trying to run this actor to scrape a video from vimeo always ends up in a failed state. is this actor still functional or for the moment it is blocked?

i have a couple of more questions if i may:

pricing wise, the 10$ offering provides unlimited downloads for a month or is it basically 10$ credit which is consumed based on the invocations of the actor?
is there a way to just download the audio track of the vimeo video?

The subscription price for the actor is only unlocks your account to use this actor unlimited amount ot times. However, the consumption on each usage is in the responsibility of yours and will be charged separately. Therefore, the users have to pay for actor subscription fee + consumption fee.
