Thank you very much for reaching out and letting us know about your inquiry. The health of the TOR proxy is in the responsibility of the Apify network, therefore there are not much things for us to do. However, as far as I see here, you provided an old onion URLs. These URLs are not supported by this actor, it has to be the new version (long).
