When I provide a start url of https://www.capterra.ca/directory/1/accounting/software, with no search criteria, I get ZERO results. When I provide the same root url, with a search criteria of "a", I get 257 results. With a other start urls, I get 50 results, even though Capterra has hundreds of records in that list

Hi Tugkan, I don't know how to retrieve the Run IDs, but please see attached screenshots. The ZERO-ROW results are un-filtered (no search criteria provided in input)

Thank you very much for reaching out. Without the Run ID, unfortunately, it is impossible for us to fix the issue because we cannot reproduce the same problem. Let me explain the steps about how you can get the Run ID,
- Go to the Run details you want to send to us for investigation
- On the top right, there is a button called Share, please click on it.
- On the popup, you'll see a "share link". Please copy that link and paste it into this chat.

Hey there,
Thank you very much for reaching out. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the Run ID so we could not investigate in depth. However, during the conversation, we found out that you are trying to retrieve the results from capterra.ca rather than the .com domain which the Public actor does not support at the current moment. All the search criteria have also been doing the searches in that domain. That's why all the root URLs are rejected and only proceeded forward with the search. I talked with our Product Managers and will let you know whenever we support this domain as well.
