Apartments.com change to how some listings are being displayed

It looks like apartments.com has made some modifications the how they are displaying data for some communities now. There are a lot of properties that show they were updated today, but they don't have specific floor plans and display the available date above in the data where the rent range is located.
Example Property #1 (In most cases they are all listed as available now as you can see in their listing): https://www.apartments.com/everra-midtown-park-dallas-tx/08r8ed3/
Apartments.com is displaying the Availability date in these instances that have no floor plans displayed up where the “rentLabel” field is located. I checked on the properties website and the price range and availability date is correct.
Example Property #2: https://www.apartments.com/villas-del-solamar-dallas-tx/fevebhr/
The E2 floor plan is listed as available now like in the example above. The E4 floor plan has unit data available for three floor plans like most listings have. The E3 floor plan has no unit data and the available date is listed above like the E2 floor plan but instead of being available now it’s giving an available date of Feb 14.
Can you see if you can pull in the availability date when they are displayed like this with no floor plan data into the results? I would imagine that it would need to be added as a new field so it doesn't create a conflict with the other availability dates.
