Are runs working? zero results but success

Hi, I see today's runs there are multiple reporting Success but zero results. This saved task usually get more than 50-100 new reviews
looking at the first product, I see it has recent reviews (yesterday) https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B0009EILKS/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_viewopt_srt?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=five_star&reviewerType=all_reviews&sortBy=recent&pageNumber=1#reviews-filter-bar
some of the other tasks are the same, expecting more than 50 recent reviews but getting zero and success

for the record, some USA worked fine, some did not. Australia, and brazil failed, but those you mentioned in a couple of days.
