Can you increase the limit for the number of usernames? Our goal is to track the number of stories of a large number of users daily for a period and we are trying to understand the best way to do it, given the limitations.

We have just released a version that accepts up to 10 usernames per run. As for the other limitation, it remains the same: 60 runs per hour, allowing a maximum of 600 usernames to be processed per hour.

The rate limit is based on the number of runs, not the number of usernames. I double-checked, and it's 60 runs per hour. Please share your run to check.

That's weird ! In our dashboard you have reached 60 requests. we will manually reset your quota until we investigate more this issue.

Once you reached the limit, you have to wait 1 hour. That was the problem. I have updated the rate limit policy to allow 1 run per minute instead of 60 runs per hour. That should fix this issue. Thanks for reporting this issue.

So the problem persists. I’m starting a run every 3 minutes but got blocked after 10 runs. Any suggestions?
I have scheduled a task to run every 3 minutes, and no issues have been spotted.
