hi there, im not happy. documentation claims that it gets social URLs and emails where available etc.....so i ran it over 2 - 3 days on standard and got what I thought I needed. the fact that the email was not coming back as claimed where it existed did not bother me because I saw there was a profileURL column. However, when I went to enrich it with any of the dedicated enriching tools, it told me that the profile URL was masked which of course it was so these are absolutely useless....so remembered that at one stage I had run a deep search but as it was slow and the standard scrape running at 70 per minute was brining back what I thought I needed, I just let it run and new search run again until I had what I needed....so checked the documentation again and it does give the impression that the standard scrape gives back the social URL ( masking not mentioned ) and the email.....so i thought well, maybe this deep search will do the job so I am trying it now BUT this exception error is turning up. Now what am i supposed to do withe all the 50,000 or so scrapes, they seem to be useless, and now the deep scrape is not working anyway. Result : I think i have been sold a pup here and have wasted three days. The least you can do is give me the money back.....at the very least the documentation is wrong.....and at worst it is completely useless.....what am I to do with the masked URLs? Morgan

your spec is a complete lie. do you want me to really make sure that nobody ever touches this again. now I have 49000 scaprs done and not one of them as a profile URL as claimed by you. They are all masked. Is there a way to unmask them......what about me giving the lot to you and you do it. if you dont I will do my best to make sure that nobody uses this again...I spent 3 days scraping thinking I was getting the leads linkedin URL as spedified in your output "publicUrl": "https://www.linkedin.com/in/danadelstein", What are you going to do about this.. I want a response straight away

have not heard from him. I used another actor on apify which was to convert masked URLs to real linkedin profile URLs and give it 10 and it worked and I gave it 100 and it worked so I gave it 500 and I was knocked out of Sales Navigator so I am not happy at all with apify so can you just give me the cash back an we will call it quits. two of the actors I selected really wasted my time. rgds morgan
