Cookies Input when Resurrecting

Scraping followers and I hit around 3,000 and then the cookies need to be changed. When I change the cookies in the actor it doesn't change the cookies in the input for that run so it is impossible to resurrect. Am I missing something or do the cookies have to be the same? If the answer is yes. How can I continue the scrape to get the remaining followers scraped continuing where the last run stopped?
