Please, you should fix the problems in a short period of time. We pay for your service and we can't use it. We don't delay with payments, and the work doesn't stop. We use your tool for our work. Imagine if we've gone 12 days without fixing this issue. That's too long.

What a damn surprise—absolutely NO response to my comment! This is exactly why I’m canceling this miserable Facebook comment scraper rental. The developer behind this junk is a total clown—can’t be bothered to reply, doesn’t fix anything, and just sits there while the service goes to hell. I’ve been dealing with this crap for over two months, and it’s been a nightmare ever since he stopped caring. I started using this garbage on February 13, 2024, and back then it worked fine, but now? He’s hiked up the prices and let the service turn into a steaming pile of trash! I’m done wasting my time with this useless tool—it’s cost me hours, almost my job, and now even my comments get ignored. Thanks for absolutely nothing, you lazy, overpriced excuse for a developer. If there’s any bill left, shove it up to him—I’m out!
