I am unable to reproduce your issue because your cookies are expired when i try to run for debugging. Since your group is private I am unable to check what is the exact error behind the scenes

The case will different for different types of groups, the challenge here is I am unable to reproduce your issue with your cookies and group url, I get error that unable to detect facebook account when using your cookies. Do you logout of your facebook after creating the issue ?
