aaa_info/eu_total_reach are missing

When i scrape a URL that all have reach in Europe and i only select the Germany in the URLs filter, however some of aaa_info/eu_total_reach are still missing. For example this post has 43 reach but empty reach scraped. https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/?active_status=all&ad_type=political_and_issue_ads&country=ALL&id=965660825579118

It seems the function is not "reliable" ? Please help to check how could i ensure the aaa_info/eu_total_reach can be scraped. Thank you for your time.
