I've been trying this actor for a couple of days now, with increasingly heavy requests, always with a single place. It was able to returns 78K reviews on a single place without problems, but in the last run it stops at 96K reviews (year 2019) instead of returning all the 151K reviews. It seems there is no way to start over with an earlier date (restart from 2019, sorted by newest). I don't see any specific error, the scraper simply stops in a success state. The cost is right, it charged me $48 instead of the expected $75.

Hey,
thanks for the report. This is a limitation of Google Maps - it stops sending us more reviews after we scrape around 100k reviews. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to overcome this limitation.

Thanks for the reply. I had this idea too but was hoping it wasn't the case. Do you know of any way to get older reviews? Is there any workaround? I'm doing small tests now, then I'll hire a company to scan a larger area early next year. Luckily the number of reviews seems to stay under 100K for the rest of the places. So the problem will be related only to this particular attraction "Arena di Verona". Sort by "most relevant" probably does not help... Do you know if "oldest" is a valid sorting order (even if undocumented)? Is there any way to try? Thanks very much.

I tried to rerun it one more time and I got all 151k reviews. Here's the run, feel free to use the results.
It seems there are instabilities in the Google's reviews API. We'll look more into this and see if we can make the scraping more reliable. We'll let you know once we get to something.

This is a great news! Thanks for your support. This service definitely deserves a great review :-) I was thinking that the problem may be related to the timeout: 36000s => 10h but the scraping was stopped after 1h (3600)? Anyway, thanks again and happy holidays.
