in the meantime, you could actually modify the URL a bit so that the Actor let's it through - by changing the !3e1 part to !3e3, like so: https://www.google.com/maps/@24.0814236,119.7529974,8z/data=!4m3!11m2!2sSxCy7qp9mlbAYQ0BYx7IRQgvebqvtA!3e3?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MDgyMS4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D. That should work.
