Hey,
thanks for the report. We reimbursed you the lost credits. The reason why you didn't get any results is that you used Scrape only places that match the search term exactly with their title option, which discarded all found places since none matched the search term (you can see it in your run's logs). I suggest not using that option and select Scrape all places as provided by Google option.
