Additional Place details costs is always charged

I tried out the new payment model, and I cannot get the configuration to the point, where the "Add-on: Additional place details" is not charged. How should I configure it to prevent these fees from applying?
I attached the run URL with a configuration where no additional information was requested. The fee was still charged. What did I do wrong?

Can I check if this is still ongoing? And also how do I turn off this add on pricing? I believe I have turned off everything but if the costs is wrongly calculated this will go beyond my budget. Thank you.

Same here. It looks like it is charging $.008/exec instead of the .004 and I'm pretty sure I have turned everything off.
