Hi there,

I’ve been charged nearly $900 (including an outstanding balance) for runs that never completed due to a platform usage limit. All the jobs show:

“Actor aborted - platform reached the maximum usage for the given billing cycle.”

This indicates the platform prevented the job from running. I understand the Actor was 3rd-party, but this wasn't an error inside the Actor logic — it was blocked at platform level.

Can you confirm why I’m being charged for jobs that didn’t execute? I’d appreciate a review or credit, or at least help contacting the developer if you believe they are responsible.
