When I activate my scenario in make.com to use this actor to scrape a profile it scrapes everything perfectly fine but returns subtitle links as empty even though the video being scraped not only has subtitles but i also have mapped out everything completly correct in make.com and I have asked for make.com support to tell me the issue and they keep telling me that this actor is not even scraping the subtitles please fix this.
Hello! The Actor downloads subtitles only if the videos have available subtitles (i.e. closed captions, not open captions). If they are there then they will be scraped, otherwise they will be not, there is no automatic generation on our end. Can you provide the link of a video were you think subtitles should have been available?
