I'm working on scraping comments from TikTok, including replies to those comments. I've tried using the tiktok_comments scraper, but it only loads the top-level comments and doesn't retrieve the replies. Does anyone have suggestions that can handle both comments and replies?

No, the creator plan is supposed to be only used for your own and a few others "build your own" type of Actors. From the documentation: You can use your own Actors and Apify’s 7 universal Actors: Web Scraper, Puppeteer, Playwright, Cheerio, VanillaJS, BeautifulSoup, and JSDOM Scrapers.

can I use the creator plan, if I cannot use the actor, can I use the apify api to extract the info from tiktok?
I'm not sure if I follow you? Still, AFAIK you won't be able to start this Actor on a creator plan subscription plan account, no matter if you start it from the web UI or the client API.
