The Country filter is always required

Hello, When I ran your actor with empty country value ("country": "") I got 'The country field is required' . I ran with "country": "cm" and "country": "us" and the same result set which means the country filter is not working

Hello,

This is not a filter. "User country" simulates your Geo location. Google Maps doesn't offer a country filter for reviews.

It is indicated as "optional" in the UI only, not the documentation. This default to "us".
