In 2023, Apple changed the algorithm for search results along with requiring hardware provisioning in order to view the new results. All devices with iOS 12+ return different search results rankings. You can check this by comparing the results on your phone to what is returned from this Actor, for instance by searching "social" or "games". The results differ widely. This Actor is using the old App Store search.

As you mentioned, the results listing may differ from your own device. The only way to retrieve the exact same formatting is to use a personal token, which is not relevant for a generic actor.
