Can you add a proxy for non-US freelancers?

Basically, there are some jobs that non-US freelancers cannot apply for. A local proxy server option should fix that.

Is this what you had in mind? I added the possibility to specify the two-letter apify residential proxy country. But they don't have a list of proxy countries they are supporting. By default I set it to be FR.
