Shared run no longer available, as I can see from your last run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/CoTon8eHe2ZYGwI5R you choose to get "posts or comments" instead of "details", so for each post URL comments are scraped and for profile https://www.instagram.com/tokyotreat/tagged/?img_index=1 regular posts (not tagged posts) are scraped with results limit 200 per each URL.
Just get "details" when you will do new runs. In case if input is too confusing, please try other Instagram actors from Store designed for specific data cases, i.e. if you want get tagged posts for profile try Instagram Mentions scraper.
I´m going to close the issue now, but if there would be anything else we could help with, please let us know.
