Instagram Scraper Issue – Incorrect View Counts

Good afternoon. We're using the Instagram scraper from Apify:

https://api.apify.com/v2/datasets/{{ $('Edit Fields').item.json.data.defaultDatasetId }}/items?token=...
For some reels, it has started returning incorrect view counts. It shows 1 or 2 views, when in reality, there could be thousands, tens of thousands, or 700-800 views. No clear pattern has been found.
Yesterday, this affected 46 reels from different accounts.
Today, it's 33 reels (some new ones appeared compared to yesterday).
Questions:
What could be causing this?
How can we fix it?
Can we get a price adjustment for the scraper given these problems?
Hi!
Instagram migrated from view counters to play counters this summer. In the internal data view, counters are still presented and actor saving value "as is". In your recent run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/XTcE66GvH2lZm2sGs both counters presented https://api.apify.com/v2/datasets/GNTzGFUjk0d0V6xsm/items?clean=true&format=json&fields=shortCode,videoViewCount,videoPlayCount, so if the view counter is no longer accurate, please do not use it. We do not have control over Instagram data, and we do not know the logic behind it.
