the limit is set to 5,000, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could extend this limit beyond the current threshold.i want to fetch reviews of particular business that have 15000 review count,so can you please help me to fetch all reviews.

Hi!

Can you please provide targeted page URL? In the past we experienced issues with data loss and corruption on attempts to get more than 5.000 reviews, however Facebook might change their internal logic for data availability, however it needs to be evaluated.

Thanks for your reply. But if I i have situation where i want to scrapped the reviews more than limit 5000, Then How it could be possible to achieve. Every time if i run this actor for scrapping reviews, I assume it only 5000 reviews again and again. Is there a way I can skipped the 5000 reviews already scrapped then proceed with next limit with offset 5001 to 10000 review ? Or Kindly let me know Do you have any alternate solution for this approach so i scrapped the review, have a total count like 15000.

Hi!

Reviews not skippable by any filter in Facebook, so actor can not skip them as well, because all reviews scraped from the beginning at new run. Current limit is to avoid waste of CUs without getting actual data. In case if you do not have use cases of pages with 15.000 review right now lets wait when you will have any and then we will re-evaluate max limit.

I´m going to close the issue now, but if there would be anything else we could help with, please let us know.
