Incorrect URL encoding of & as & causes Facebook event filters to fail

Description: I am experiencing an issue with the Facebook events scraper where URLs with query parameters are incorrectly encoded. Specifically, when I pass a URL with filters to the scraper, such as:

Tried to run with you search: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/ZrRyRkLGfffniQ4xU Getting around same amount of events as seen in incognito browser (event https://www.facebook.com/events/943767761131704/ reached by run)

Input URL not malformed, not sure why you see encoded & in UI, in plain text log its correct: https://api.apify.com/v2/logs/ZrRyRkLGfffniQ4xU

Please note that scraping is done for public data, means actor not using Facebook login in any form (can not do that due legal reasons), so you will get less average results than visible to logged Facebook user.

Please check attached screen with scrolling, blocked by login form. "BON JOVI" is https://www.facebook.com/events/943767761131704/ and its in dataset of sample run. Actor trying getting some more events by using up to 5 random IPs however we always expecting data limits.
