It was executed from a web platform and a charge of 3 dollars was made but without any message downloaded, it literally returned zero

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The runs on your account that have 0 results have URLs that point to non public data. It can be seen when you open the URL in the incognito window of your browser, as that's essentially what the actor sees too. The Actor cannot scrape such pages, as they are hidden under a login. We are currently working on giving a result for each URL that encounters an error, so it's a bit more clear :)
