Comments Missing (Receiving 77 out of 263)

Hello Thank you for resolving my previous issue when I used the wrong link to scrape data. There is still an issue, however. When I scrape the data, I get back 77 comments when the post has 263. I made sure to allow the tool to also scrape comment replies but I don't think that's happening.

Am I doing something wrong again or is the tool unable to get comment replies?

Hi!

Sorry for late reply, thread was lost in email filters.

For all posts counter is for all comments with replies, but actor only can get public comments. I.e. https://www.facebook.com/story.php?id=100064817165112&story_fbid=10156314391501842 from your recent run have 263 comments in total but as you can see from log https://console.apify.com/view/runs/qX7E79AOIg1bqav9L WARN No more than 85 public comments available and without login actual amount of comments is 76 as you can see in run results.

I´m going to close the issue now, but if there would be anything else we could help with, please let us know.
