The actor has been under maintenance since morning! I have paying clients in my application who are unable to use the Facebook Ads Scrapper API! I have not received any notice about the maintenance!

Any forecast for when it will be back? I was not informed at any time about this maintenance! I am running this API in production, I have paying customers in my application who are being harmed!

Did this change catch you by surprise to the point that you didn't notify all customers in advance? How can we mitigate this in the future?
Where can I understand the changes that occurred? Do you provide any documentation?

Hello,

The disruption was due to unexpected internal changes on Facebook’s side, which were beyond our control.

While we have testing procedures in place to identify and resolve issues quickly, ideally minimizing any impact on our users, this particular situation was significant and, as mentioned, unforeseeable.

The actor is now functioning properly, though our team is still fine-tuning a few minor issues (e.g., some values might be missing). We would appreciate your feedback on these.
