Actor is not scraping all following accounts

The actor doesnt seem to be scraping all followees from a given account. For instance, I follow 300 accounts. But when I try to scrape all accounts I follow I am getting only my account back (see eg run shared). I tried with different accounts and I am getting the same problem. Sometimes it scrapes more, but it is unusal the actor scrapes all 300.

Our engineering team thinks this was a temporary issue. I just tried it and it was fetching some of the following users. Unfortunately we are limited on what Twitter returns us and sometimes it doesn't return the full list.
