eg. this run (caCcgYP8pzLD7omrG) should have returned several results but got "no results". Other crawls have taken over 6 minutes. Seems like a recent issue? 2 days ago, this was working really well

Seems like you've used from:IrisEllen0355 conversation_id:undefined, please remove the conversation_id if it is undefined. Also there was a temporary issue early today but it should've been fixed by now.
