Dear Apify Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the Tweet Scraper V2 - X / Twitter Scraper actor (see attached screenshot). This actor has repeatedly executed searches on its own without any instruction or trigger from me as the developer.

Despite not initiating these tasks, the actor continues to run automatically, consuming credits and generating charges. Furthermore, I am unable to stop or unsubscribe from this actor, which is highly concerning.

This is not only costing me unnecessarily, but also creating an impression of unauthorized activity from my account. I urgently require your assistance to:

Immediately stop this actor from running automatically.

Cancel any subscription or background automation tied to this actor.

Investigate and clarify why this actor is executing without my input.

Your prompt response and support in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated, as it is impacting my usage and costing me without consent.

Thanks for your message.

We don’t have access to your Apify account and can’t start, stop, or manage any actor runs. We also can’t unsubscribe users from actors, only the account owner (you) can do that.

Additionally, we checked your account history and couldn’t find any recent runs, and there was no screenshot attached to your message.

We recommend contacting Apify Support directly so they can look into this further.
