I included a start date of today and the tweets it is returning go back over a year.

start/end dates are not working with startUrls. If you want to fetch the tweets of a profile, we have a very detailed example in our readme, you should check that!

As I mentioned, you need to use Twitter queries in order to fetch a profile's tweets with dates. Please check the actor's readme file which I've sent in my previous message.
